Science Fair: Judging Forms

Thank you for agreeing to be a judge this afternoon. Your assistance is invaluable in making our annual science fair a success. 

  • This judging packet contains several judging forms. Project lists will be distributed at lunch.
  • You may do your “bookkeeping” in whatever format you prefer.  After your judging team determines winners, obtain an official reporting form from your judging coordinator.
  • For Senior Division only, indicate if the First and/or Second Place project should be considered for the Grand Award. 
  • Boxes are in the Judges Area for you to return:
    • Student Comment Sheets
    • Used Judging Forms
    • Evaluation Sheets
    • Judge badges
    • Letter request
