Welcome to Robonauts.org
We are a team of 40 high school students partnered with teachers and NASA engineers.
We are a twelve year old organization with 200 graduates.
We build exciting and competitive robots to participate in the FIRST Robotics Competition.
We work to educate our community in the field of engineering.
We mentor elementary students in LEGO robotics competitions to build the future.
We strive to change the world and create a better tomorrow.
We want your help!
As a contributing part of our community we want to involve more people in our
efforts to bring science and technology to the fore front of our society. In these expanding and exciting times of robotics
education we want the media to document the outstanding achievements of the youth. With media attention we would be able to expose
more of our city to what is going on with engineering education. Please have a look around
our site and contact us if you are interested in finding out more about the Robonauts, or any robotics education initiative.
Please refer to our Lead NASA Engineer Lucien Junkin who will be able
to answer any questions you may have.
As Robonauts our mission is to help fulfill American's unmet need for engineers and thus ensuring America's continuing ability to solve the world's most vital issues.
The Robonauts' focus on the following four goals to accomplish our mission.
