FALL 2019 PAPER FLYER DISTRIBUTION
In an effort to meet the needs of our families and community, Clear Creek ISD will host a paper flyer distribution date each fall and spring from CCISD-related groups and non-profit organizations at elementary schools to promote child-centered activities.
If your non-profit or CCISD organization would like to submit a flyer to be included, please follow the steps below.
NON-PROFIT 501(c)3 ORGANIZATIONS:
1) SUBMIT REQUEST: The flyers must be submitted online in PDF format through this paper flyer approval form by August 30, 2019.

2) UPLOAD PROOF OF 501(c)3 & ADD DISCLAIMER STATEMENT: FOR ALL 501(c)3 ORGANIZATIONS, please upload a copy of your organization's 501(c)3 and your flyer in PDF format with the following disclaimer statement printed at the bottom of the flyer in BOLD UPPERCASE letters. This disclaimer should be in a font of 12 pt. or larger:
"NEITHER THIS ORGANIZATION NOR THIS EVENT IS SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR OTHERWISE AFFILIATED WITH CLEAR CREEK ISD."
PLEASE NOTE:
1) Only an active 501(c)3 designation letter from the State Comptroller or the IRS Determination Letter can be accepted as proof of 501(c)3 status.
2) The 501(c)3 must be in the name of the organization holding the event, or provide proof of DBA.
3) SUBMIT PAYMENT: If your flyer is approved, the non-profit organization will need to make a $100 payment online via CCISD’s Web Store. **Please note, a 4% service fee will be applied during check out.
4) DELIVER FLYERS TO CCISD ELEMENTARY CAMPUSES: Printing and delivering flyers, which need to be divided into stacks of 25, is the sole responsibility of the non-profit organization or CCISD-related group. Flyers should be delivered to campuses the week of September 3-6 and NO LATER THAN September 6, 2019. Anything delivered past this date is subject to campus refusal.
Distribution of paper flyers in student folders will be the week of September 9-13.
CCISD ORGANIZATIONS:
1) If using a CCISD facility for your camp, please make sure you have submitted your facility usage request. Once approved, the Facility Rental Department will enter your event into School Dude.

3) DELIVER FLYERS TO CCISD ELEMENTARY CAMPUSES: Printing and delivering flyers, which need to be divided into stacks of 25, is the sole responsibility of the CCISD organization. Flyers should be delivered to campuses the week of September 3-6 and NO LATER THAN September 6, 2019.
Distribution of paper flyers in student folders will be the week of September 9-13.
**There is no cost for CCISD organizations (staff or booster clubs) to distribute paper flyers.
