Facility Rental information

Please read the below information for Policies and Requirements for Facility Rentals prior to submitting your request form.

Rental requests are considered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Requests must be received at least (30) business days prior to any event. Please allow up to 2 weeks for a response. The Facility Specialist will submit the request to the Administrator at the requesting campus for availability and approval. Once the request has been reviewed and approved by the Campus Administrator, we will notify the contact person with the organization of approval and details of any fees associated with the rental and a contract will be prepared.

Education of Clear Creek ISD students is a priority; academic, extracurricular, and other school-related activities may decline your request and/or cancel your event. Contracted non-school use may be canceled if an unexpected conflict arises with a District activity.

All organizations must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance naming Clear Creek ISD as the Certificate Holder and Additional Insured in the amount of $1,000,000.00. A copy of your signed contract, Certificate of Liability Insurance and applicable fees must be returned (5) business days prior to your event OR the facility will not be made available for use.
Prior to submitting your facility rental request, please ensure to have as much of your details planned out and your event times as accurate as possible. Changes to your event times after a contract will incur modification fees of $50.00 per change. The times of your event will influence the required support staff fees as well.
A copy of the contract must on hand at all times during your event. An organization may be asked to leave the premises should the organization be unable to produce a copy of the contract when asked upon by a district employee at the campus

Cancellation Fees: *
Fees are due in full for events that are canceled under two business days' notice. Outdoor events that need to be canceled due to severe weather must be canceled in a timely manner. Cancellations can be sent via email to lendres@ccisd.net.

**Facility Rental Request Forms for the 2021/2022 school year dating August 1, 2021 to July 31, 2022 will be made available online May 1st, 2021.
